Resurrection Gardens
A few weeks ago, our Session had their retreat at the Mercy Center. One of their activities was to each create a Resurrection Garden. Here are their beautiful works of art!


Nominating Committee (Nom-Com) 2025 - Nominations To Be Submitted by Sunday, June 1, 2025
The Nominating Committee is accepting nominations for Session elders and Nom-Com members to begin serving in 2026.
The Session currently consists of Kim Towsley, Shane Chao, Margie Chiang, Irene Fong, Jensa Woo, and Albert Jew. Kim and Shane will be ending their terms at the end of 2025. Please note that Kim is eligible to be re-nominated.
The Nom-Com currently consists of Howard and Audrey Jai, Matt Crawford, Paul Yee, Margie Chiang, Irene Fong. Howard and Audrey will be ending their terms at the end of 2025.
Nominations can be submitted to the Nom-Com via email nomcom2025@gfccsf.org or in writing. Please include a brief explanation for why you believe the candidate(s) you nominate would be good Session elders or Nom-Com members.

2025 Graduates!
We want to celebrate the graduates of the class of 2025. If someone in your family or you know of someone who has reached this milestone, please let Samantha or Caroline know. It could be your grandchild graduating from preschool to someone’s son receiving his JD (Craig!) or Doctorate (Paul!)
Housing Needed
James and Julie Hamiter's daughter, Amelia, graduated from Regent Seminary in Vancouver last year and she has a ministry position at City Church in SF for about a year or year and a half. She seeks housing to share, starting June 1st, for 12 to 18 months, and she can pay $800 to $1000 for a room in a home or to share an apartment.

There is a Chinese American male, a graduate from UC Santa Cruz and Fuller Seminary, who is seeking a room to share. He can pay $800 to $1000 a month.
