Join Us for Sunday Worship, June 29 at 10:00 AM
Pastor Al will be preaching from Romans 8:28-39, “Love Wins! On Being the Community of the Boundless”
Last Sunday, Pastor Al preached on “Oh the Depth! Mystery, Mercy and Metamorphosis”
Oh the Depth!
In what ways is God mysterious to you? How do you feel when you reflect upon God as Mystery?
Do you know that God loves you? In what we do, does this impact your worship, your life?
How does your worship life impact other parts of your life?
How are worship and mission/service connected in your life?
If you want to re-listen to Pastor Al’s sermon (and any other previous sermons), you can do so on our church’s website.

Sermon Translations
Have you noticed on our Sunday bulletin that there are now 3 QR codes listed? The latest QR code is to One Accord. We now have a subscription to this AI service that will translate the sermons (and more) simultaneously into Spanish, Mandarin and Cantonese. You can hear the translations via your smartphone.
This means that you can invite your Spanish-speaking friends/relatives as well as Chinese speaking friends/relatives to our church service and they can hear the sermons in their native language.
We want to thank Alejandro Juarez who has been our main sermon translator for years! (Now he can concentrate on playing the bass for our songs of worship.) We also want to thank Rene Juarez, Leni Juarez, Lisa Greenhill, Patty Ramich, Matt McDonell and Samantha Gutierrez-Graczak who have also been sermon translators.
Contact Caroline with any questions.

Tokyo Missions 2025 Newsletter #3 - Ministry Conclusion (Garrett Yee was a Team Member
Dear Friends and Family,
By God's grace, our time of campus ministry in Tokyo, Japan has come to a close, and our hearts are so full as we reflect on all He has done. We are so excited to share our team newsletter with you and hope it gives a glimpse into what you have been part of through your prayers and support.
In these past three weeks, we have seen God working in beautiful and unexpected ways. Even in a place like Japan where as few as 1% know Jesus, God is moving and preparing hearts. 1 Corinthians 3:6-7 reminds us, "I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth." God has revealed so much to us in this season of planting seeds for the Gospel. He has reminded us what a joy it is to share Christ's love, trusting that He will be the one to grow the seeds planted this summer in His perfect timing and power.
Thank you so much for walking with us through your prayers and encouragement, it truly means more than we can say. As we return home, we ask that you join us in lifting up the students we met in prayer. Please pray that the truths they heard would not be forgotten, that the seeds planted would grow into faith in Jesus Christ.
In His Love,
Japan Team
