Our Speakers for This Coming Sunday:
This Sunday, we're blessed and thankful to hear stories of God's grace from Karen Andrews and Edith Oliva (with Patty Ramich providing English translation). Though their stories are unique and different, they point us to the same faithful God who holds, restores and guides us onward.
Psalm 139 will frame our time together as we reflect on God's faithful presence and care.

Tuesday, August 4--Crafting and Fundraising
Calling all crafters! We will meet, as we met last year, and experiment with crochet, knitting and sewing as ways to embellish furoshikis (Japanese square cloths) that can be used to wrap gifts. Food will be served and there will be conversation over food and crafts. With crafting, collaboration is key to fostering and nurturing relationships.
Tuesday, August 11-- Toward Healing
Pastor Paul Conti's teaching about tabernacles and miracles and healing stories will be shared to encourage all participants. Food and stories will be shared.

Invitation: Letting the Story of Christ Become More Lived In
Each week, before or after the Sunday sermon, we are invited to return to the Scripture passage in prayer. Linger with it. Wear it like a well-worn shirt, allowing the story of Christ to become woven into the fabric of our everyday lives through the practices of Breath Prayer, Lectio & Visio Divina, and Reflection Questions. May these simple practices help us encounter Christ more deeply as we remember the God who holds us and sends us.

Redeemer Community Church is hosting our annual Bless the School Day for Rise University Prep on Saturday, 8/8 from 10am to 1pm. Together we will clean and beautify the school, write notes of blessing for the students, and end with a time of prayer, lunch
